We will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase. Returns must be accompanied with Proof of Purchase. Returns must be unopened and unused, with the exception of a defective product due to material or workmanship. Returns other than defective products will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges for the original purchase or returns will not be refunded. You can download a Return Form for your convenience or you can include in your return the necessary information to process your return. This would include your name, address, phone number, E-mail address (optional) and the reason for the return. We recommend using FedEx insured service or USPS insured service in case the return is lost in transit. Shipping charges are calculated for the continental united states. They will have to be recalculated for orders outside of continental united states.
